Tímea contacted us mainly due to aesthetic complaints. The inaccurate and poorly closing ceramo-metallic bridge was removed from her upper teeth. In the upper frontal region, there was a large inflammation around 4 of her teeth, which we treated with microscopic root canal treatment in rubber-dam isolation.
After the inflammation ceased, she received MTA root filling up to the end of her root. The abutments grinded with shoulder preparation had to be endo-whitened because they had been discolored. Fiberglass pins were placed into the root canal treated teeth.
The patient was wearing a temporary crown throughout the treatment and healing period. As a final prosthesis, we put E-max solo crowns on her teeth for a more comfortable feeling and better cleaning options.
